Visa Details For United State Of America

Documents Required for the United State Of America(U.S.A) Visa:

1. Printout of the online visa application form DS-160.
2. Appointment confirmation Letter.
3. USA Visa Fee Payment Receipt.
4. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages.
5. All Original Old passports if any.
6. Two recent color photographs (As per the photo specification).
7. Personal Covering Letter:

• For Employed – On the Plain Paper.
• For Self Employed – On the Business Letter head.

8. Original updated bank statement with sufficient bank balance (Last 6 Months).
9. Income Tax returns/ Form 16 for the last 3 years.
10. Supporting Financial documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Recurring Deposits any other investments etc. (Optional but advisable).
11. Receipt proving payment of $185 for a nonimmigrant US visa application.
