Original personal bank statements for the last 3 months (stamped and signed by the bank).
Salary Slips
Salary slips for the last 3 months.
Income Tax Returns (ITR-V)
Income Tax Returns (ITR-V) for the last 3 years.
Employed
Leave approval/sanction letter from your employer on company letterhead.
Self-Employed
Company registration license/partnership deed and 6 months of company bank statements
Travel Arrangements
Confirmed round-trip flight itinerary and hotel bookings (or an official letter of invitation from a host/company in Costa Rica)
Additional for Business Visas
An official business cover letter from your Indian employer and a letter of invitation from the Costa Rican company/host
