Complete visa application form per applicant (Signed by applicant)

Applicant's passport

Passport must be valid for at least six months past intended date of entry. There should be at least six unmarked pages remaining along with copy of applicant's passport.

Recent passport-size photographs

Two (2) recent passport-size photographs with blue or white background.

Round Trip flight details

A copy of confirmed travel itinerary. (return flight details)

Proof of accommodation

A copy of proof of accommodation in Brunei Darussalam e.g. hotel reservation or address of stay in Brunei Darussalam.

Copy of marriage certificate

A copy of marriage certificate (if applicable)

Copy of birth certificate

A copy of birth certificate (for children, if applicable)

Bank Statement

A copy of the applicant's Bank Statement

Immigration approval letter (In Case of Business Visa)

Copy of the immigration approval letter.
